Community Involvement

LARRY H. MILLER CHARITIES

Formed in 1995, Larry H. Miller Charities (LHM Charities) is a nonprofit foundation that functions as the charitable arm of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies. Assistance from the foundation is directed toward groups and programs based in the communities where Miller companies conduct business. Attention purposely focuses on issues that affect women and children, with an emphasis on health and education. Funding for LHM Charities enables the foundation to continue making an impact. Funds are generated, in large part, through LHM companies and employee contributions, as well as donations from the general public through fundraisers in the community. These contributions remain in the state where they were donated to benefit the local community. Since its inception, Larry H. Miller Charities has assisted a multitude of organizations and worthy causes.
Kids Crossing:

Kids Crossing is a private, nonprofit child placement agency that provides foster care and group facility care, and has served more than 250 children throughout Colorado. A tree filled with ornaments will be displayed in Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota, and customers and employees may select an ornament and purchase the items requested on that ornament for a foster child. Stop by our dealership today and one of our staff members will help you select an ornament to help support a foster child. If you would like to learn even more about Kids Crossing click here!
5 Days of Giving:

During our 5 Days of Giving in December, we look the help those in the local community. That is why we surprise five different organizations with donations all during one week. Denver ABC channel 7 helped partner with us on our cause so that these organizations are seen by people who may want to help. The five dealerships we surprised this year are:

Jeff Co Eats: The mission of Jeff Co Eats is to provide food for families and kids who are in need to ensure that no child goes hungry.

Joyful Journeys: Providing year-round youth enrichment programs and helping to run the Adams County Santa Shop, this organizations provides over 1,300 presents and meals to families in need during the holidays.

Hope House: Denver's only resource providing free self-sufficiency programs to teen moms in the Denver area.

America's Kids Belong/Dream Makers Program: This organization targets at vulnerable youth that are aging out of the foster care program. Donations here help support these kids with workplace training, basic needs, clothing for job interviews, or even a deposit on a car or apartment.

Impact on Education: This organization offers wide-ranging projects and programs that foster excellence throughout the school year. With your help, Impact on Education will impact over 31,000 local students every year.
